A New Era: “One Insurance Industry”
In her inaugural speech, Mrs. Ezeibe unveiled the centerpiece of her tenure: the “One Insurance Industry” thrust. Her mission? To foster collaboration, cohesion, and growth across all operators in the insurance sector, especially in light of the recently enacted Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA 2025).
“The industry needs unity and collaboration to unlock its true potential. ‘One Insurance Industry’ will guide my team and me to create a more cohesive sector that earns respect both locally and internationally,” she said.
The mantra was met with resounding support, signaling strong expectations from stakeholders for transformative leadership.
