The four-month initiative, in partnership with the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM), equipped participants with the skills and knowledge needed to develop effective insurance strategies for underserved populations.

Key Highlights

✔️ Trainees: Selected participants from the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA), and representatives from various insurance companies.

✔️ Objective: To enhance financial inclusion by building capacity within the insurance sector and promoting risk management solutions.

✔️ Industry Support: Lanre Ojuola, Director of Operations at NIA, praised the initiative, emphasizing its importance in fostering innovative and accessible insurance services for vulnerable communities.
