Universal Insurance to Plc to host brokers

Universal Insurance Plc is to host Insurance Brokers under the aegis of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in Lagos.

According to a release issued by the Public Relations and Communication Department of the NCRIB, Universal Insurance Plc would reap tremendous gains from the sponsorship as it would be the beginning point of a more robust relationship between the company and the insurance brokers who are believed to control substantial share of the nations insurance market.

Benedict Ujoatuonu, Managing Director of the Company who is bid to lead the team of Universal Insurance Plc to Insurance Brokers House, Yaba will use the opportunity to present the Company’s scorecard to the Brokers at the February edition of the Council’s Members’ Evening.

The Council’s President, Kayode Okunoren will be on-hand to receive the team from Universal Insurance Plc.

The bi monthly Members Evening would be utilised by the leadership of the NCRIB under President Okunoren to brief members on contemporary developments affecting the insurance broking profession.

Universal Insurance Plc will be taking another significant stride to increase its control of the nation’s insurance market as it hosts the first edition of the event in 2016.
