Get Free Screen Insurance from Slot

Slot Systems Limited, Nigeria’s number one phone retailer in collaboration with Industrial and General Insurance Plc (IGI), a leading provider of insurance and risk management services, has launched a service tagged ‘FREE SCREEN INSURANCE’, another first from Slot.
Confirming this in a statement issued by the company Lagos, the Managing Director of Slot, Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo noted that the service is aimed at protecting mobile phone screens against accidental damage. Continuing he said “Under the insurance policy, the cost of replacing any damaged or smashed screen of mobile phones that are insured will be borne completely by the insurance company”.

He added that this initiative, by SLOT and IGI, will save customers from the stress and high cost of replacing cracked or shattered screens of their mobile phones, as he assured them of value-added services and first-class after-sales support.

Corroborating this, SLOT’s Head of IT and Sales, Mr. Ike Madubuko, observed that the service is an effective way to protect mobile phone screens. According to Madubuko “to get your phone screen insured, simply walk into any of our stores nationwide, Purchase any phone of ₦18,500.00 and above, and enjoy free screen insurance for 1 year” (terms and conditions apply). He added that the screen insurance option is also available on www.slot.ng and the Slot Mobile App, which can be downloaded from the Google play store.

Industry watchers say that this trail-blazing after sales support by Slot, which provides cover and compensation in the event of any damage to the screen of their mobile phones entirely free, is an indication of Slot’s impeccable customer-centric posture.

The ‘Free Screen Insurance’ which is available in over 50 Slot outlets nationwide is coming on the heels of “Slot Mobile App” and the ‘SLOT Trade-In’.
